  • Marketing Executive / Senior Executive - Fertitrade (M) Sdn Bhd (198101007082)
    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct sales to meet budgeted numbers by servicing new and existing dealers / end-users.

    - Establish and maintain a sustainable relationship with new and existing dealers / end-users.

    - Create and generate demands by means of marketing the existing range of products (both fertilizers and specialties) in the respective areas of coverage.

    - Analyse market development and provide timely market intelligence to the Management.

    - Plan and conduct strategies sales and marketing activities.

    - Increase market share by creating new network of dealers and end-users.

    - Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner.

    - Follow-up on collection.

    - Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

    Requirements:

    - Possessed at least Diploma/Degree in related field.

    - Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.

    - Willing to travel extensively.

    Work Location:

    - Malaysia (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya).

  • Operation Executive - Agromate (M) Sdn Bhd (197901005266)
    Responsibilities:

    - Oversee daily operational activities, such as inventory, production, delivery, and the supply chain involve incoming containers and bulk shipments, ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

    - Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

    - Collaborate with relevant terms to implement process changes. Provide guidance and support during the transition phrase to ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.

    - Conduct regular performance review to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies.

    - Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

    - Coordinate with different departments and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

    - Travel to various locations to carry out operational audit as needed.

    - Assist in any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management.

    Requirement: 

    - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree qualification.

    - Minimum 2 years in related field.

    - Experience in ISO will be an advantage.

    Work Location:

    - Malaysia (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya).
